I am driven by a desire to spark change in people's lives. I am passionate about building relationships, helping transform challenges into opportunities for growth, and supporting clients in discovering and embracing their authentic self. I specialize in working with children and families using a humanistic approach and trauma-informed mindset. I utilize play therapy, sand tray, expressive arts, and mindfulness to promote growth and healing. I highly value involvement and collaboration with the family to best support attachment in the entire family system. I am currently a Resident in Counseling working toward my licensure for LPC and certification as a play therapist under the supervision of Dr. Maggie Parker, LPC-S, RPT-S. I graduated with my BA in International Studies from American University and my MA in Education and Human Development from George Washington University.
