At Family Therapeutics we don't bill insurance companies directly. We are an out-of-network practice and bill clients for services. We provide all the necessary information in a superbill to submit to insurances for reimbursements. Please contact your insurance company to see if you have out of network benefits before starting counseling. When you are ready to move forward with services, we will have you complete all of our intake paperwork online on the client portal of Theranest.com. We keep all documents and medical records electronically through the Theranest platform. Sessions are usually scheduled weekly at the start and the initial intake is an opportunity to see if we are a good fit for your needs.
